Are these laugh lines in my face from weight loss permanent?

Are in my ?
When I was overweight they weren’t as predominant and noticeable and now that im 60-70 pounds light they make up the lower part of my face from my nose to around my mouth. My skin looks quite saggy. I lost the weight fast and O am only 17 so will they stay there or tighten up if I maintain for a good while? Thanks!

You can get some tightening with topical products like retinol or retinoid. You can protect your skin from the sun to avoid worsen the laugh line. UV-rays can break down collagen and elastic fibers in the dermis. It is imperative that you wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or greater daily and diligently reapply every 2 hours for optimal photoprotection.

Exercise will not do anything to the laugh lines and that goes for facial exercises, too.
