Is this a good meal plan for weight loss?

Breakfast: Special k cereal with skim milk
Snack: Fruits
Lunch: Salad with a few pieces of turkey and light ranch dressing
Snack: Fruits
Dinner: Turkey or 96% fat free roast beef on whole wheat bread with a serving of vegetables
I drink only water
Btw I’m 15 and exercise twice a day.

That sounds like a good plan. The only thing I’d suggest would be taking a multivitamin, like One a Day for Women, just so you make sure you’re getting the proper amount of nutrients.
