eat mostly fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds
if you eat anything else, you won’t cure any disease, illness that you have. You must go totally raw for 15 days in order to cure disease. Adding meat will take you years to see improvements while raw will take you only 15 days.

Eat healthy and work out/do cardio at least three times a week. Cut out pop (or soda whatever you call it) Cut down on sweets. Cut down on carbs like cereal, pop tarts… eat a fruit smoothie made with low fat yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast instead. Eat lots and lots of veggies! Eat grilled chicken instead of beef, etc. etc. If you eat healthy you will keep the weight off.
Definitely eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. The key is to eat lightly every 4 hours. You should never skip meals that’ll just slow your metabolism so that when you do eat you won’t burn what you eat as quickly. There’s no such thing as a “fast” way to weight loss. You may see results quickly, you may not! But if you eat lightly (fruits, veggies, nuts, healthy meals, and drink a lot of water) every few hours and exercise DAILY your metabolism should be nice and high and that will help keep the pounds away!
