What are some natural secrets to weight loss?
I know about drinking lots of water, exercising, & eating healthy, small portions, but I’m 5’2″ & 300 lbs. & I don’t even look that big. It’s a struggle for me because I try to go walking for exercise & can’t even walk because my lower back hurts every 5 minutes & I have to stop walking & stretch the pain away. This is very difficult for me. I can’t afford diets, pills, or surgery, & I need help with this. It’s a big battle for me. Depression as a result of domestic abuse has brung on this weight, & I need help. Thanks. I at least TRY every day to go walking for exercise, but it’s very painful. What should I do?

always eat breakfast, light dinner and at least 60 mins of walking everyday

The bottom line is you have to burn more calories than you take in. If you eat more than you are able to burn then you will gain weight. If you are unable to exercise because of your weight it is still possible to lose weight. I would start with ediets.com.
